Omnitool Precision Engineering

Omnitool has no less than SIX Mazak Integrex Mill/Turn Machine centres.

These machines are at the forefront of machining technology with machining capability ranging from micro sized components up to One metre diameter and Three metres long.

These machines allow Omnitool to manufacture components in One or Two setups, minimising handling and reducing cycle times by up to 50% when compared to traditional machining methods.

As well as having 9 axis models of these machining centres, Omnitool have a setup including a Robojob automated load/unload system allowing us to produce complete components in a single operation, in a "Lights Out" environment.
